Joli Kobe is an eclectic mixture of French and Japanese culture swirled together in
a Tokyo-style bakery and cafe. Joli Kobe's new location at 1545 Peachtree offers a
wonderful selection of delicacies and lighter fare right in the heart of Midtown. For
the new Midtown location, Drinkard Engineering Group provided the engineering
design for all mechanical and electrical systems. The HVAC design incorporated a
new and progressive single system that provides make-up air for the kitchen
cooking equipment as well as conditioned air for the kitchen and occupied space.
The system is designed to intelligently manage temperature, humidity, and
outdoor ventilation air to provide a pleasant and healthy environment for Joli
Kobe's patrons and employees. |
